Day by Day

7 Days in Paris

"The Champagne day trip is the main event — a full day in wine country, multiple tastings, and a group that will be talking about it for years."

Arrive in Paris and transfer to your boutique-style city accommodations during the group arrival window. Today is designed as a soft landing — settle in, freshen up, and ease into the Paris experience.

In the evening, gather for a stylish welcome dinner and trip orientation. First impressions, first toasts, first night in the city of light.

Included: Group arrival transfer window · Welcome dinner Not included: Airfare · Meals outside the welcome dinner · Airport transfers outside the group window

Begin with one of Paris's most iconic cultural experiences: a guided Louvre Museum visit. The planned experience is a small-group Louvre highlights tour — focused on the museum's most celebrated works in a guided format that keeps the experience polished and digestible rather than overwhelming.

After the museum, enjoy free time for lunch, café hopping, shopping, or a relaxed walk through the surrounding Parisian neighborhoods.

Included: Louvre-style guided museum experience · Group transportation as needed Not included: Lunch · Extra museum entries · Personal shopping

Today is all about beauty, creativity, and a keepsake to take home. The planned experience is a Paris perfume-making workshop — a small-group session where guests learn about scent families and create a custom fragrance with a perfumer. Limited to eight people, which is ideal for this group size and vibe.

The afternoon is open for curated Paris wandering: cafés, shopping, galleries, or a self-guided "pretty streets" route through Marais, Saint-Germain, or Montmartre.

Included: Perfume-making workshop Not included: Lunch · Shopping · Optional photo walk

The signature premium day of the trip. Leave Paris for a full-day Champagne region experience — vineyards, tastings, and wine-country atmosphere. The planned experience is a small-group Champagne day trip from Paris that includes Reims, Épernay, winery visits, and multiple tastings. Options may include Reims Cathedral, Hautvillers, and six or more tastings with roundtrip transportation from Paris.

This is the main Curated Queen/King moment of the week — elevated, memorable, and worth every sip.

Included: Full-day Champagne region tour with tastings Not included: Additional drinks · Personal purchases · Guide/driver gratuities

After the full Champagne day, this morning stays intentionally flexible. Sleep in, enjoy coffee at a neighborhood café, visit a boutique, journal at a terrace, or wander at your own pace through whichever arrondissement calls to you.

In the afternoon, travelers can opt into a private Paris photo walk or styled content session — available as a paid add-on for those who want it.

Included: Flexible Paris day · Curated free-time suggestions Optional add-on: Private Paris photo walk or content session Not included: Meals · Shopping · Optional photo walk

Spend the final full day with last looks at Paris — shopping, sightseeing, a final café, or a quiet afternoon in the Tuileries. Then, in the evening, the group gathers for a Seine dinner cruise: a sightseeing cruise with dinner, views of major landmarks, and an elegant onboard atmosphere. Some dinner cruise options include a multi-course meal, champagne, wine, or live music.

A beautiful final-night moment without the logistics of coordinating across the city.

Included: Seine dinner cruise or elevated farewell dinner experience Not included: Lunch · Additional drinks · Gratuities

After check-out, transfer back to the airport during the group departure window. One last croissant, one last look at the city, and a group chat that will outlast the trip.

Included: Group departure transfer window Not included: Airfare · Transfers outside the group window

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveler. Consider coverage that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical coverage abroad, travel delay, baggage protection, and emergency assistance. Cancel For Any Reason coverage is worth considering when available.

October in Paris is beautiful — crisp, golden, and atmospheric. Expect highs of 14–18°C (57–64°F) with cooler evenings. The fall foliage in the parks is stunning, the tourist crowds thin out, and the city takes on a more intimate, local feel. Pack layers and a light jacket for evenings.

Not at all. The Curated Queen/King itinerary builds in natural connection moments throughout the week — a welcome dinner, a perfume workshop, the Champagne day trip, and a Seine dinner cruise. By the end of the week, you'll feel like you've known the group for years.

The full-day Champagne region tour includes roundtrip transportation from Paris, visits to Reims and/or Épernay, winery visits, and multiple tastings (typically six or more). Highlights may include Reims Cathedral, the village of Hautvillers, and a guided tour of a Champagne house. Lunch may or may not be included depending on the final vendor selected.
