Cancellation & Payment Policy
Deposit
The $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It reserves your spot and initiates the booking process.
Cancellation
Cancellations after supplier deadlines may be partially or fully non-refundable. Trips are fully non-refundable after final payment. Name changes may be permitted if suppliers allow.
Late Payments
A 5-day grace period applies after each due date. After 5 days, a $50 late fee is charged. Payments more than 10 days late may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Minimum Travelers
This trip requires 8 paid travelers to operate. Major non-refundable supplier payments will not be made until the minimum is met or a contingency plan is in place.
Travel Insurance
Strongly recommended. Consider coverage including trip cancellation, interruption, emergency medical coverage abroad, travel delay, baggage protection, and emergency assistance. Cancel For Any Reason coverage is worth considering when available.
